REQUEST FOR <br /> <br /> Case # 4 : <br /> <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF GREEN VALLEY ESTATES 2ND ADDITION <br />By: Mark S. Bauer, hereinafter refe;red to as "d~velopers", have. properly applied for plat approval of the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot A and B, GREEN VALLEY ESTATES, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br />Count>', Minnesota <br /> <br />Gerald J. Bauer and Heidi A. Bauer and Northern Bank, Minnesota Coq>oration, Mortgagee of the <br />following described property: <br /> <br />L.qt 3, Block 1, GREEN VALLEY ESTATES, e_ccordipg to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br />Count3', Minnesota <br /> <br />which plat is kmown as Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition, hereinafter lmown as "plat". <br /> <br />Thc Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, met on June 16, 1988 to consider the developers request for sketch <br />plan review of Green Valle>, Estates 2nd Addition; at which time, the Commission recommended that the developer <br />proceed with the preliminar>, plat. The Ramsey Par'ks and Recreation Commission carried a motion on June 9, <br />1988 to require cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for Green Valle), Estates 2nd Addition. The Ramsey <br />Planning and Zoning Commission pursuant to Chapter 170.03 of the Ramsey City Code, held a public heating on <br />the proposed plat on August 18, 1988, which heating was dui>' published in the City's legal newspaper and written <br />notice of the heaxing was given pursuant to law. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, at its meeting on August 18, 1988, recommended that the City <br />Council grant preliminary plat approval contingent upon compliance with items contained in the Cit3, Engineer's <br />report dated August 18, 1988, including necessary variances but with the exception of the 100 foot frontage of Lot <br />5, Block 1, which can be remedied by the reconstruction of Lots 4 and 5. Further, that access to Lot 9, Block 1 will <br />be from Count)' Road #63 and the location is subject to approval of the Ano ~ka County Engineering Department. <br />At a regular meeting on August 23, 1988, Cit3, Council granted preliminary plat approval contingent upon approval <br />of access onto Count)' Road #63 by the Count3' Highway Department and meeting the recommendations of the Cit3' <br />Engineer.
