Cot~ncilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-0I- <br /> <br />Resolution granting final plat approval to Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gerald J. Bauer and Heidi A. Bauer, hereinafter referred to as ~developers~, have properly applied for plat <br />approval of the following described property located in the CiB, of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Oat.lot A and B, GREEN VALLEY ESTATES, according to the recorded pla~ thereof, Anoka <br />Count)', Minnesota <br /> <br />Gerald J. Bauer and Heidi A. Bauer and Northern Bank, Minnesota Corporation, Mortgagee of the <br />following de. tibet property: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, GREEN VALLEY ESTATES, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br />Count)', Minnesota <br /> <br />which plat is known as Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition, hereinafter known as "plat"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, met on June 16, 1988 to consider the developers <br />request for sketch plan review of Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition; at which time, the Commission recommended <br />that the developer proceed wi'f, the prelimina.D' plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Pm-ks and Recreation Commission carried a motion on June 9, 1988 to require cash to <br />satisfy park dedication requirements for Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission pursuant to Chapter 170.03 of the Ramsey City Code, <br />held a public hearing on the proposed plat on August 18, 1988, which heating was duly published in the City's <br />legal newspaper and wriuen notice of the hearing was given pursuant to law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, at its meeting on August 18, 1988, recommended that <br />the City Council grant preliminary plat approval contingent upon compliance with items contained in the City <br />Engineer's report dated August 18, 1988, including necessary variances but with the exception of the 100 foot <br />frontage of Lot 5, Block 1, which can be remedied by the reconstruction of Lots 4 and 5. Further, that access to Lot <br />9, Block 1 will be from Count)' Road #63 and the location is subject to approval of the Anoka County Engineering <br />Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at a regular meeting on August 23, 1988, City Council granted preliminary plat approval contingent <br />upon approval of access onto County Road #63 by the County Highway Department and meeting the <br />recommendations of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
