NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anok~ County, State of <br />l~finnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That fi,'ml plat approval of Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition is hereby granted contingent upon the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> A. Developers providing proof of marketable title for the property to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> B. Park dedication requirements shall be fulfilled ~ accordance with City Council's request for park <br /> dedication in effect at the time of the subdivision application which requires cash payment at the <br /> time of the building permit issuance. <br /> <br /> C. Variance be granted for Lot 9, Bilk 1, for minimum lot size and access to Count)' Road ~63. <br /> <br /> D. The developer post the required bond or escrow and enter into a developer's agreement to complete <br /> the improvements. We have estimated the cost of improvement's to be 567,200. The bond or <br /> escrow is 125 percent of the estimated cost or $84,000. <br /> <br /> E. The developer agrees to complete Stage II improvements (seal coating) as stated in Article <br /> 170.039C of the City Code. The required escrow for Stage II improvements is g4,500. <br /> <br /> F.
