BRADLEY KERN <br />FOR AN OFF-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE INVESTIGATION <br />By: Dave Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On December 5, 1988 Mr. Bradley Kern made application for an off-sale liquor license for the <br />City of Ramsey. In his memo, Chief of Police Mike Auspos identifies his reasoning for accepting <br />the application even though Mr. Kern was not able to meet the required 4,000 square ioot <br />criteria of the Cily Code.
