4o <br /> <br /> accommodation of its members; <br />c) is directed by a board of directors, <br /> executive committee, or other similar <br /> body chosen by the members at a meeting <br /> held for that purpose. No member, <br /> officer, agent, or employee shall receive <br /> any profit from the distribution or sale of <br /> beverages to the members of the club, or <br /> their guests, beyond a reasonable salary <br /> or wages fixed and voted each year by <br /> the governing body. <br /> City. <br />"City" is the City of Ramsay, Anoka County, <br />State of Minnesota. <br />City Council. <br />"City Council" is the City Council of the City <br />of Ramsay, Minnesota and is also referred to <br />as "Council". <br />Exclusiv~ liquor store. <br />"Exclusive liquor store" is an establishment <br />used exclusively for the sale of intoxicating <br />liquor except for the incidental sale of ice, <br />tobacco, nonintoxicating malt liquor, <br />beverages for mixing with intoxicating <br />liquor, soft drinks, cork extraction devices, <br />and books and videos on the use of alcoholic <br />beverages in the preparation of food, and the <br />establishment may offer recorded or live <br />entertainment. "Exclusive liquor store" also <br />includes an on sale or combination on sale <br />and off sale intoxicating liquor establishment <br />which selfs food for on-premise consumption <br />when authorized by the municipality issuing <br />the license. <br />Hotel.. <br />"Hotel" is any establishment having a <br />resident proprietor or manager, where, in <br />consideration of payment therefore, food and <br />lodging are regularly furnished to <br />transients, which maintains for the use of <br />its guests not less than one hundred 100 <br />guest rooms with bedding and other usual, <br />suitable, and necessary furnishings in each <br />room, which provides at the main entrance a <br />suitable lobby, desk, and office for the <br />registration of its guests on the ground <br />floor, which employs an adequate staff to <br />provide suitable and usual service, and <br />which maintains under the same management <br />and control as the rest of the establishment <br />and has, as an integral part thereof, a <br /> <br /> restaurant. <br />8. Intoxicating liquor. <br /> "Intoxicating liquor" is ethyl alcohol, <br /> distilled, fermented, spirituous, vinous and <br /> malt beverages containing more than 3.2 <br /> percent of alcohol by weight. <br />g. Licensed 0remises. <br /> "Licensed premises" is the premises <br /> described in the approved license <br /> application. <br />10. Malt liquor. <br /> "Malt liquor" is any beer, ale, or other <br /> beverage made from malt by fermentation <br /> and containing not less than one-half of one <br /> percent alcohol by volume. <br />11. Nonintoxicating malt liquor. <br /> "Nonintoxicating malt liquor" is malt liquor <br /> containing not less than one-half of one <br /> percent alcohol by volume nor more than 3.2 <br /> percent alcohol by weight. <br />12. Off sale. <br /> "Off-sale" is the sale of alcoholic beverages <br /> in original packages for consumption off the <br /> licensed premises only. <br />13. On sale. <br /> "On-sale" is the sale of alcoholic beverages <br /> for consumption on the licensed premises <br /> only. <br />14. Person. <br /> "Person" has the meaning given it in MS <br /> Section 645.44, Subdivision 7. <br />15. Principal Dad of the business. <br /> "Principal part of the business" is more than <br /> 40 percent of gross sales. <br />16. Restaurant <br /> "Restaurant" is any establishment, under the <br /> control of a single proprietor or manager, <br /> having appropriate facilities to serve <br /> meals, for seating not less than one hundred <br /> twenty (120) guests at one time in one or <br /> more dining rooms having a total dining <br /> area of at least two thousand five hundred <br /> (2,500) square feet, and where in <br /> consideration of payment therefore, meals <br /> are regularly served at tables to the general <br /> public, and which employs an adequate staff <br /> for the usual and suitable service to its <br /> guests and the principal part of the business <br /> of which is the serving of foods. <br />17.
