CASE # <br /> <br />REVIEW ACTION PLAN RESULTING FROM <br />COUNCIL'S STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP <br />By; Dave Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br /> st, ,~L.,k.. planning <br />On .December 17, 1988 the City Cound! and depa,'lment heads met in a <br />workshop. The results of that workshop were eight events or actions which, if accomplished, <br />would result in a successful City of Ramsey in 1991. <br /> <br />Following the strategic planning workshop, the Counci! and Staff identified three of the priorily <br />items for which an action plan should be developed and instructed Councilmember DeLuca and <br />myself to draft such an action plan for the Council's consideration on January 24, 1989. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a draft action plan resulting from the D ...... b~, 17, !988 strategic planning <br />workshop with Council and Staff. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council action will be to review and discuss the action plan and make any necessary <br />modifications. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Ivlotion to: <br />Instruct City Staff and Commission members to implement the action plan as amended. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Adminislrator <br />Chy Attorney <br />Cib' Engineer <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Councilmember DeLuca <br /> <br /> <br />
