ITEM ~3: 1989 Sealcoating Projects <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />Based on a review of the streets, the City's policy on <br />sealcoating the following sealcoating.projects are proposed for <br />1989: <br /> <br />a. 153rd Ave. N.W. between CSAH 5 & S.T.H. No. 47. <br />b. Rodeo Hills. <br /> c. Beaudry's Second Addition. <br />d. 153rd Ave. N.W. between Co. Rd. 83 and Puma St. <br />e. 153rd Ave. N.W. between S.T.H. No. 47 & Roanoke St. <br /> <br />!5~rd Ave. N.W. between CS~q No. 5 and STH No. 47 is eligible for <br />MSA funding it is sealcoated within five years of the final <br />surfacing to be eligible for funding. The other sections of <br />!53rd Ave. N.W. will have to be financed by street maintenance <br />funds. <br /> <br />The other two proposed sealcoating projects will be on streets <br />over six (6) years old. <br /> <br />tLECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />The Road and Bridge Committee recommends that the City Council <br />pass the attached resolutions ordering the feasibility reports <br />for sealcoating the above referenced projects. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolutions #89-02-__, 89-02-. ,. <br />02- ordering feasibility reports for sealcoating projects in <br />1989. <br /> <br />Review Che <br /> <br />City Administrator X Chief of Police <br />city Attorney Finance Officer <br />City Engineer X Public Works Supt. <br />Conununity Development Dir.
