Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF RIGHT OF WAY PLANS <br />(iMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 89-3 153RD AVEMUE BETWEEN RAM~SEY BLVD. <br />A2~D NOWTHEN BLVD.). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has adcpted a 5 year <br />construction program for its municipal suate aid street system <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, right of way ac~cn/isition of 15~rd AVe. (Route 107) <br />between Nowthen Blvd. and Ramsey Blvd. is proposed as a 1989 <br />expenditure, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MSA streets that are to be paid for by MSA funds <br />require approved plans prior to the expenditure of MSA funds. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the city's MSAS system 5 year construction program. <br /> <br /> 2) That Mr. Pete Raati'kka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, <br />Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br />Ne shall prepare right of way p!~ns for the making of such <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey city Council this the !4th day of February, !989. <br /> <br /> <br />
