Councilmember <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON SEALCOATING <br />IMPROVEMENT (I~RD AVE. N.W. ~w~u CS~E NO. 5 AND S ~ H. NO. <br />47) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following street by <br />sealcoating: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />153rd Ave. N.W. between Nowthen Blvd. N.W. (CSAH <br />No. 5 and S.T.H. No. 47). <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the proposed improvements be referred to Mr. Pete <br />Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for the study and <br />that he is instructed to report to the City council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether <br />they should best be made as proposed or in connectio~ with some <br />other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Counci!member and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey city Council this the !4th day of February, 1989. <br /> <br />Resolution ~89-02- <br /> <br /> <br />
