Councilmember <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON SEALCOATING <br />IMPROVEMENT (RODEO HILLS ESTATES) <br /> <br /> h~EREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by <br />sealcoa=ing: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />!77th Ave. N.W. between Vanadium St. N.W. and the <br />easterly terminus of the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />178th Lane N.W. between Vanadium St. N.W. and Uranium <br />St. N.~'. <br /> <br />¢) <br /> <br />179th Lane N.W. between Uranium St. N.W. and the east <br />plat boundary of Rodeo Hills Estates. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />180th Lane N.W. between Vandadium St. N.W. and Uranium <br />St. N.W. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />Vanadium St. N.W. between Green Valley Road (Co. Rd. <br />69) and 180th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />f) <br /> <br />Uranium St. N.W. between 178th Lane N.W. and the north <br />plat boundary of Rodeo Hills Estates. <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the proposed improvements be referred to Mr. Pete <br />Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for the study and <br />that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to %,hether <br />they should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
