Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #89-02- RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT (BEAUDRY'S SECOND ADDITION) ~EP~AS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: a) 153rd Ave. N.W. between Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (Anoka County 056) and Jaspar Street N.W. b) 152nd Ave. N.W. between Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (Anoka County ~56) and the ~ ~ easterly te~inus of the cul-de-sac. c) Jaspar Street N.W. between 153rd Ave. N.W. and the south plat boundary of Beaudry's 2nd Addition. d) Hematite Street N.W. between 152nd Ave. N.W. and 300' north of the north plat boundary of Beaudry's 2nd Addition. and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOF~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvements be referred to Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for the study and that he is instructed to report to =he city Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of February, 1989.
