<br /> or dish washing services in hotels or
<br /> restaurants licensed under the provisions of
<br /> this section.
<br />7. No alcoholic beverage shall be sold or
<br /> furnished cr delivered lo any ir, tcxicated
<br /> person, to any habitual drunkard, to any
<br /> person under twenty-one (21) years of age
<br /> or to any person to whom sale is prohibited
<br /> by state law.
<br />8. Nc licensee or employees of a licensee shaf!
<br /> keep, possess, or operate or permit the or
<br /> operation of any slot machine, dice, or any
<br /> gambling device or apparatus on the licensed
<br /> premises, or in any room adjoining the
<br /> licensed premises, nor shall any such
<br /> person permit any gambling therein, except
<br /> as authorized by the State of Minnesota
<br /> charilabie gambling law.
<br />9. No licensee shall knowingly permit the
<br /> licensed premises or any room in those
<br /> premises, or any adjoining building directly
<br /> or indirectly under the licensee's control, to
<br /> be used as a resort for prostitutes.
<br />10. Any police officer, health officer,
<br /> sanitarian, building inspector, or any
<br /> property designated officer or employee of
<br /> the City shall have the right to enter,
<br /> inspect and search the premises of the
<br /> licensee during business hours without a
<br /> warrant; however, in the event an occupant
<br /> of a room in the hotet portion of the licensed
<br /> premises shall refuse entry to any police
<br /> officer, health officer, sanitarian, building
<br /> inspector, or any properly designated
<br /> officer or employee of the City, on the basis
<br /> that the time of the inspection is not a
<br /> reasonable one and does not in fact allow the
<br /> representative of the City entry to such
<br /> portion of the premises, then the
<br /> representative of the City shall request a
<br /> search warrant from a court of appropriate
<br /> jurisdiction.
<br />11. No on sale liquor establishment shall display
<br /> liquor to the public during hours when the
<br /> sale of liquor is prohibited by this chapter
<br /> and no on sale licensee shall sell alcoholic
<br /> beverage off sale.
<br />12. No licensee shall apply for or possess a
<br /> Federal Wholesale Retail Liquor Dealer's
<br /> special tax stamp or a federal gambling
<br />
<br /> stamp.
<br />13. No equipment or fixture in any licensed
<br /> place shall be owned in whole or in part by
<br /> any manufacturer or distiller of alcoholic
<br /> beverage, except such as shali be expressly
<br /> permitted by state law.
<br />14. The retail sale for beverage purposes of
<br /> ethyl alcohol or neutral spirits, or
<br /> substitules therefore, possessing the taste,
<br /> aroma, and characteristics generally
<br /> attributed to ethyl alcohol or neutral
<br /> spirits, as such, is hereby prohibited.
<br /> Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed
<br /> to prohibit the sale of other products
<br /> obtained by the use of ethyl alcohol or
<br /> neutral spirits as defined in U.S. Treasury
<br /> Department, Bureau of Internal Revenue,
<br /> Regulations 125, Article Il, Standards of
<br /> Identity for Distilled Spirits.
<br />15. The business records of the licensee,
<br /> including federal and state income tax
<br /> returns, shall be available for inspection by
<br /> the City Council or other duly authorized
<br /> representative of the City at all reasonable
<br /> times.
<br />16. Changes in the corporate or association
<br /> officers, corporate charter, articles of
<br /> incorporation, bylaws or partnership
<br /> agreement, as the case may be, shall be
<br /> submitted to the City Administrator within
<br /> thirty (30) days after such changes are
<br /> made. In the case of a corporation, the
<br /> licensee shall notify the City Administrator
<br /> when a person not listed in the application
<br /> acquires an interest which, together with
<br /> that of his spouse, parent, brother, sister
<br /> or child, exceeds five percent (5%), and
<br /> shall give all information about said person
<br /> as is required of a person pursuant to the
<br /> provisions of Section 130.054 of this
<br /> chapter.
<br />17. At the time a licensee submits an application
<br /> for a license or for renewal of a license,
<br /> the licsensee shall state the nature and
<br /> amount of any contribution or contributions
<br /> made in the preceding five (5) years for
<br /> state and local political campaigns or for
<br /> political purposes, the person 1o whom the
<br /> contribution was made, and the person or
<br /> organization for whom intended.
<br />18. No licensee shall sell, offer for saie, or keep
