I, MEETINGS <br />Regular meetings shall be he~d at leasl four times annually with date and time determined by the <br />board. Special meetings may be called by the chairperson. All meetings shall be public <br />meetings and open to the public, <br /> <br />J. EX-OFFICIO MEMBERS <br />The mayor may appoint a council member orcity slaff person as an ex-officio member of the <br />board privileged to speak on any matter witnoul a vote, and the ex-officio member shall provide <br />a liaison beiween the board and city council. <br /> <br /> <br />
