CITY OF RAMSEY AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 30th day of January, 1989 between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as ~,~t) , and Victorious Jesus Church, hereinafter referred to as "Church". WHEREAS, Church has requested permission to use the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal Center Sunday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon beginning on February 5, 1989 for a period of approximately 12 months as a temporary facility to hold church servies; and WHEREAS, the City has approved this request contingent upon Church and the City entering into an agreement. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agreement and covenants and conditions hereinafter contained. IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: That Church agrees that their use of the lower level of the-Ramsey Municipal Center will be on Sunday mornings beginning on February 5, 1989. II. That Church shall provide the City with a copy of their liability insurance naming the Cily in their limits of liability through the entire period they are requesting use of the lower level. General liability coverage must be in an amount no less than $600,000.00. III. BY: M, ayor, City of Ramsey That Church agrees and understands that if another organization or group requests the use of the lower level during Church's scheduled times, then the Church shall make other arrangements. It is also agreed that the City will make every effort to give Church adequate notice of any conflict of times.
