156TH AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~88-28 <br />By: Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On November 29, 1988, the City Council passed a resolution <br />authorizing the City Engineer to prepare a feasibility study for <br />resolving the drainage problem on 156th Ave. and ease of Ramsey <br />Blvd. Enclosed is a draft of the resolution for your adoption <br />receiving the feasibility. A copy of the report will be <br />available at the February 14, 1989 council meeting. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the findings of the feasibility study, I would recommend <br />that the City Council direct staff to obtain waivers of trespass <br />from affected landowners and direct the Public Works Department <br />to complete the minor grading and install a driveway culvert to <br />provide a drainage outlet to the area.
