'-'~ <br /> ..~. reference to <br />the storm drainage improvement adjacent to 156th Ave N W : <br /> · · . ~n the <br />Rum River storm sewer taxing district. <br /> <br /> W~[EREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council <br /> 1989 which report indicates the following: <br />on February 14, . <br /> <br />Estimated Total Cost of Project <br /> <br />$2,500.00 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED RY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey city Council will consider the storm <br />drainage improvement in accordance with the report and the <br />financial of all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter and M.S. No. 444 at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $2,500.00. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the i4th day cf Februa_--f, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
