Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ~89-02- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR ELECTRIC SYSTEMS OF ANOKA (PROJECT ~88-24 RAMSEY CITY HALL PARKING LOT LIGHTING) WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Ramsey approved this project on September 27, 1988; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~88- awarding the bid to Electric Systems of Anoka for the Ramsey City Hall Parking Lot Lighting; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Electrical Systems of Anoka in the amount of $905.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the city Council hereby authorizes final payment to Electric Systems of Anoka for the Ramsey-City Hall Parking Lot Lighting in the amount of $905.00. ~ 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release forum for.this final payment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #89-02 approving pa.vnnent of bills for the month of February, 1989. 4) That the city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 28th day of February, 1989.
