Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ~89-02 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET IMPROVE- MENT PROJECT 89-2 (156TH AVE.) ~EREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City council adopted February 14, 1988, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raati}G[a of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the tarvia surfacing improvement of the following street: a) 156th Ave. N.W. between High Point and Co. Rd. No. 56 b) Hematite Street N.W. between 156th Ave. and 300 feet south of 156th Avenue WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 28, 1989, which~~~.~ indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project .~ Estimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property cost): Estimated Annual Assessment per unit 10 year te_~nn ~ $47,600.00 2,975.00 $ 463.51 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF R3~MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OP MINNESOTA, as follows: !) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the tar~ria surfacing improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $47,600. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 2$th day of March, 1989, in the Council Chamber of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:15 p.m. and the ~=~y Administrator shall give mailed and published notice cf such hearing and improvement as re.cmired by law.
