Councilmember introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ~S9-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON SEALCOATING iMPROVEMENT $9-5 (153RD <br />AVENUE) <br /> <br /> ~ =~~ ~ the Ramsey City Cou~ <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a ~e~- ........ <br />adopted February 14, 19@9, a report has been prepared by Mr. <br />Pete R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with <br />reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br /> a) 153rd Ave. N.W. between C.SoA.H. No. 5 and T.H. 47. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council <br />on February 28, 1~89 which report indicates the following: <br /> <br /> Estimated Total Cost of Project: $6,690.00 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />~OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> !) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the seatcoating <br />improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and <br />financing the project in accordance with the city's assessment <br />policy which states that sealcoating ~SA streets will be paid by <br />ESAS funds. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Counci!member and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the fo!lowing abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said ~ ~ +~ <br /> _eso_u~_on was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of February, !989. <br /> Resolution <br /> <br /> <br />
