Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89-02- <br /> <br /> 9" ?~ .'~"~ Tqg"~ ? 9 ~ ~ <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON SEALCOATING ~MPRO~M~N. 89-8 ~R~ <br />AVE~E) <br /> <br /> VHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted February 14, 1989, a report has been prepared by Mr. <br />Pete R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with <br />reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 153rd Ave. N.W. between County Road 83 and Puma Street. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council <br />on February 28, 1989 which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated Total Cost of Project: <br /> <br />$4,910.00 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey city Council will consider the sealcoating <br />improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and <br />financing the projec~ in accordance with the city's assessment <br />policy which states that sealcoating MSA streets will be paid by <br />MSAS funds. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said reso!u~ion was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council tkis the 28%h day cf February, i989. <br /> <br />~eso!ution ~$9-02- <br /> <br /> <br />
