Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON SEALCOATiNG iMPROVEMENT 8~-9 (153RD <br />AVENUE ) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a rest~'~*~ ~ ~ ' <br /> ......... ~e Ra~sey Citv ~ ~ <br />adopted February 14, 1989, = ~o~ ~== ~=~ ~~_~_~ed~w by Mr. <br />Pete R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with <br />.e~erence to the sealcoating improvement of the following streets <br /> <br />a) 153rd Ave. N.W. between T.H. 47 and Roanoke Street. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council <br />on February 28, 1989 which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated Total Cost of Project: <br /> <br />$6,140.00 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINICESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the sealcoating <br />improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and <br />financing the project in accordance with the city's assessment <br />policy which states that sea!coating MSA streets will be paid by <br />MSAS funds. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey city Council ~his the 28th day of February, 1989. <br /> <br />Resolution ~8~-02- <br /> <br /> <br />
