PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) <br />WASTE MANAGEMENT OF MINNESOTA, INC. <br /> <br />On , 1988, a conditional use permit was issued by the City <br />of Ramsey ("City") to Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. ("WMMI") <br />to operate a waste tire processing facility in the I-1 Industrial <br />District on 2 acres of land within the parcel %_of record legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, hereinafter <br />("Parcel of Record"). <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey <br />City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />Term. This permit is issued for a term consistent with the <br />CUP schedule for the vertical expansion of the landfill <br />approved November 15, 1988 so long as the conditions imposed <br />herein are complied with. <br /> <br />Site. The specific site within the Parcel of Record where the <br />waste tire processing operations shall be carried on is <br />approximately a two acre site as shown on the attached <br />Exhibit A and which site is hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Site". <br /> <br />Noise. Noises emanating from the site and operations shall <br />be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Regulations MPC, as <br />amended except as modified herein by City requirements. <br /> <br />Dust. The emission of dust or other particulate matter shall <br />be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Regulation APC 1-15, <br />as amended except as modified herein by City requirements. <br /> <br />Surfacinq of Work Areas. Ail storage areas and driveway areas <br />shall be surfaced with 6" of Class V. <br /> <br />Outside Storaqe of Materials and Ec~aiDment. The outside <br />storage of debris or materials not used in the operation and <br />inoperable vehicles and e.~uipment shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />Hours of Ooeration. The hours of the waste tire processing <br />operation shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday <br />through Saturday. There shall be no operations on Sundays and <br />legal holidays. WF~i at its discretion may schedule a lesser <br />number of hours of operation within these limits. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
