If this is an existing easement, the <br />use of that property should be limited. The Trunk Highway 10 <br />Corridor Study states that access from private driveways onto <br />T.H. 10 should be phased out and frontage roads should be <br />constructed. <br /> <br />In review of parking, the retail and outdoor sales will <br />require 13 parking spaces and the service area will require <br />12 spaces.
