City of Ramsey

15153 NOWTHEN BOULEVARD N.W., RAMSEY, MINNESOTA 55303 ·

(612) 427-1410

DATE: March 7, 1989

TO: Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission

FROM: City Engineer Peter Raat' ~flcka

RE: Site Plan for Custom Coach R.V.'s

Since my letter of February 27, 1989, the developer of Custom Coach RV has resubmitted a new
site plan which basically complies with the requirements of the City Code.

One item you may want to review is the exterior wall finishes which are subject to approval by the
Planning and Zoning Commision and City Council. The developer is proposing to match the
exterior of the existing building he is expanding.

The on-site septic system should be reviewed by the Building Official for compliance with City
Code.

The 50 foot wide service road shown on the original submittal was never deeded to the City. Since
the City Council's latest position on the sen, ice road is not to acquire right-of-way at site plan
approval, this issue will have to be addressed at the time the frontage road is constructed.

I would recommend approval of the site plan contingent upon the Planning and Zoning
Commission and City Council approving the proposed exterior wall finish.

PR:sdf
