Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, Howell, Holm, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None. Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Howell to direct that Item ~11 of the proposed findings of fact shall indicate that the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous to persons residing in the area. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, Howell, Holm, Shumway and Terry. Voting ~o: None. Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Howell directing that Item ~t12 of the proposed findings of fact indicate that the proposed use will impair the use and enjoyment of surrounding properties. Motion failed. Voting Yes: Commissioners Howell, Holm and Terry. Voting No: Chairman Zinm~erman, Commissioners LaDue, Hendriksen and Shumway. Motion by Commissioner Howell to delete Item ~12 from the proposed findings of fact. Further Discussion: Commissioner Hendriksen stated that the Commission has to remove emotionalism from testimony and determine whether the use will unreasonably impair use and enjoyment of surrounding property. Commissioner LaDue stated letters of opposition received indicate that use and enjosnnent of property has been impaired. Commissioner Howell withdrew his motion to delete Item f~12 from the f in d lng s. Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to add Item ~-~19 to the proposed findings of fact to have the 3 letters of opposition received from Tom and Sandee Knudson of 17400 Baugh Street N.W., Mark Welter of 17410 Baugh Street N.W. and Dennis and Dianne Eerquist of 17500 Baugh Street N.W. a part of the findings by reference. Amendment by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to have the petition signed by 41 persons stating no opposition to a maximum of 6 horses being on the subject property also a part of the findings by reference. Jmendment carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Eendriksen, Howell, Holm, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None. Motion carried.
