Also attached is an invoice in the amount of <br />$10,953.62 for your 1989 Fire Contract. <br /> <br />Because of changes in the tax law and the elimination of assessed <br />values and mill rates, your contract formula has changed somewhat <br />from last year. When I spoke w~tb Sandra Ashley earlier this <br />year, we discussed the fire contract and the changes that would <br />need to be made to the formula. I was able to get a conversion <br />rate from the Anoka County Auditor's Office which allowed me to <br />recompute the tax capacity into an estimated assessed value. <br />These numbers are reflected on your invoice.
