ORDINANCE #89- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />REPEAL OF ORDINANCE #86~9 WHICH CREATED CHAPTER 10.12 KNOWN AS THE RAMSEY <br />LANDFILL ADVISORY COMMISSION CHAPTER. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. <br /> <br />1. The Landfill Advisory Commission shall be abolished as a separate commission of the <br /> City of Ramsey; <br /> <br />2. The current Landfill Advisory Commission members shall become members of the Solid <br /> Waste Issues Subcommittee of the Make the Scene, Keep Ramsey Clean Committee. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
