The cause of the injury which prompted medical <br />assistance shall be determined and measures taken to <br />eliminate such a recurrence. These measures may <br />include, but are not limited to, replacing faulty <br />equipment and modifying operating procedures. <br /> <br />IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY REQUIRING POLICE INTERVENTION, <br />PROCEDURES OUTLINED BELOW WILL BE FOLLOWED: <br /> <br />Emergency contact personnel will assess the need for <br />police assistance. If necessary, police will be <br />contacted. <br /> <br />If possible, on-site personnel will detain vandals or <br />other perpetrators until police arrive. <br /> <br />In the case of vandalism, the location and time of <br />vandal entrance to the site will be assessed. Measures <br />will be taken to eliminate such a recurrence. These <br />measures may include, but are not limited to, modifying <br />security fencing to include barbed wire, and increasing <br />evening security surveillance. <br /> <br />88W5-15 <br /> <br /> <br />
