The
application has been reviewed and found to be complete. ~

In accordance with Minn. Rules pt. 9220.0320 PROVISIONAL STATUS,
your facility is now provisionally permitted as a waste tire
processing facility. Provisionally permitted facilities must
conform to the requirements and standards described in Minn. The processing facility permit for Anoka
Landfill Tire Processing Facility will not be issued until all
local ordinances have been met or a schedule of compliance can be
established.

Before the Agency Board-acts to issue your waste tire facility
permit the Commissioner will seek public comment of the intended
action and allow public comment for a 30 day period. A copy of the
public notice will be mailed to Anoka Landfill Tire Processing
Facility, to Anoka County, and circulated within a 45-mile radius
of the facility.

Following the 30 day comment period the Commissioner will ask the
Board to issue the permit in conjunction with the review of all

Phone:
520 Lafayette Road, St. Paul, Minnesota 55155
Regional Offices · DuluthlBrainerd/Detroit Lakes/Marshall/Rochester
Equal Opportunity Employer
