Mr. Banwart stated that the purpose of through streets is for effective access by police and <br />fire protection units. <br /> <br />William Rybak - Inquired if speed limit signs could be erected between Roiling Green and <br />Oak Run. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman stated that the residents would have to approach City Council <br />regarding speed limit signs. <br /> <br />Mrs. Gerald Root - Inquired as to why the City would consider granting variances to 1.9 <br />acre lots when Code requires 2.5 acres. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman replied that allowing the developer one or two lots from the 3.8 <br />acres becomes a decision of the majority of the Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Bauer noted that many lots in the subject area are one acre. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner I.mDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendr/ksen to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
