Councilmember <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE CENTRAL <br />PARK TURF ESTABLISHMENT AND IRRIGATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-3 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Central <br />Park Turf and Irrigation Project (Project 89-3) bids were received, <br />opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that <br />the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />of si <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract with fo <br />in the name of the City of Ramsey for the Central Park Turf and <br />Irrigation Project according to the plans and specifications <br />therefore approved by the Ramsey City Council and on file in the <br />office of the City Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been <br />signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey city Council this the l!th day of April, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
