A copy of the bid tabulation is attached. <br /> <br />To summarize, the bids for the site improvements were: <br /> <br />Bidder Amount <br /> <br />Central Landscaping, Inc. <br />Natural Green, Inc. <br /> <br />$41,900.00 <br />$79,346.00 <br /> <br />The engineer's estimate for the site improvements was $45,000.
