Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS FOR HISTORICAL ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY <br />CONTRACT FOR THE RIVER'S BEND PARK SOUTH DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT 89-1 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to requests for proposal for the River's <br />Bend Park South Development (Project 89-1) proposals were received, <br />according to law, and the following proposals were received <br />complying with the request: <br /> <br />Amount of Proposal <br /> <br />Archaeological Research Services <br />Cougar Consulting <br /> <br />$ 790.00 <br />$4,690.00 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Archaeological Research Services <br />of Minneapolis is the lowest responsible proposer. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Mayor and city Administrator/Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to award a contract for $790.00 to <br />Archaeological Research Services of Minneapolis, Minnesota in the <br />name of the City of Ramsey for the River's Bend Park South <br />Development Project according to the request for proposals. <br /> <br /> 2) That an upset limit of $1,500 inclusive of the base <br />contract be made available for the survey work to cover additional <br />costs if necessary. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote begin taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the llth day of April, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
