65642 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Ramsey enter into Agreement No. <br />65642 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for <br />the following purposes, to-wit: <br /> <br />to provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share <br />of the costs of the turn lane and median crossover construction to <br />be performed within the Trunk Highway No. 10 right-of-way limits at <br />the 153rd Avenue N.W. intersection within the corporate City limits <br />under State Project No. 0202-66 (T.H. 10=3). <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper city Officers are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute such agreement. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />County of Anoka <br /> <br />City of Ramsey <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and correct <br />copy of the resolution presented to and adopted by the Council of <br />the City of Ramsey at a duly authorized meeting~thereof held on the <br /> day of 1989, as shown by the <br />minutes of said meeting in my possession. <br /> <br />city Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
