without TO: City of Ramse¥ 15133 Nowthen Blvd Ramsey, MN 55303 ATT: The Honorable Mayor, & Members of the City Council RE: New Animal Control Contr'act Greetings: We at the Anoka County Humane Society are very pleased to have the opportunity to enter into the attached Contract with your City. As the new Executive Director of the Humane Society, I would like you to know, that as the attached Contract was developed, I carefully reviewed all existing City Contracts, as well as the actual cost to the Society to provide all services offered in our Contract, I then compared the cost to the City from outside services. After reviewing all of the aforementioned items I believe you will find our Contract for Animal Control, to be fair and a true value to your City, as well as cost effective. It is the desire of the Greater Anoka County Humane Society to provide your City, as well as all other Cities, with the finest qua~lity Animal Control services possible. To this end, we will always be interested in the City needs, and would hope that your staff will contact us with the thoughts and suggestions that would enable us to always provide the type and the quality of services your City may require. The attached Contract is being submitted to you for your approval and signature. Please contact me by April 10th, 1989 so that we may determine the number of patrol hours your city"wants and set a date to submit this Contract tc your City Council for final approval. .I thank you for your time and consideration to this matter, and truly hope that this will be just the start of a quality, long term relationship between your fine City and all the dedicated personnel at the Greater Anoka County Humane Society. ara A.
