All <br />policies shall provide, and the certificates issued <br />shal! evidence, that the Municipality will be notified, <br />in writing, at least 30 days prior to cancellation or <br />modification of coverage. <br /> <br />EARLY TERMINATION. <br /> <br /> This Contract may be terminated by either party, with or <br />without cause upon thirty (30) days written notice, delivered <br />by United States mail or in person, to the other party. President <br /> Greater Anoka County Humane Society <br /> 1411 Main st. <br /> Coon Rapids, MN 55433 <br /> <br />and the address of the Municipality is: <br /> <br />__£i~y_x~f__Rams~_~c <br /> <br /> 15133 Nowthen Blvd. <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br />IX. <br /> <br />MODIFICATIONS. <br /> <br />Any material alterations, modifications or variations of the <br />terms of this Contract shall be valid and enforceable only <br />when they have been reduced to writing as an amendment and <br />signed by the parties. <br /> <br />ENTI I:~ AGRE~HE3~T. <br /> <br />It is understood and agreed by the parties that the <br />entire agreements of the parties is contained herein and %hat <br />the Contract supercede$ all oral agreements and negotiations <br />between the parties relating to the sub3ect matter hereof as <br />well as any previous agreements presently in effect between <br />the Humane Society and the Municipality relating to the <br />subject matter hereof.
