PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />WASTE MANAGEMENT OF MINNESOTA~ INC. <br /> 14730 SUNFISIt LAKE BLVD. N.W. <br /> TEMPORARY OFFICE STRUCTURE <br /> <br />3/31/89 <br /> <br />On ,1989, a conditional use permit was issued to Waste Management of <br />Minnesota, Inc. for the placement of a temporary office trailer at 14730 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W., <br />which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The North half of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions <br />of this conditional use permit are as follows: <br /> <br />This conditional use permit for a temporary structure is in conjunction with the conditional <br />use permit issued to Waste Managemem of Minnesota, Inc. for landfill vertical expansion <br />and shall be in effect until January 1, 1992 with a maximum of four successive six month <br />extensions. <br /> <br />2. The temporary structure shall not exceed 12 feet by 62 feet. <br /> <br />Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. shall deposit $500 with the City of Ramsey to <br />guarantee the removal of the temporary structure. <br /> <br />The temporary structure shall comply wdth all applicable Building Code and Fire Code <br />re~]ations and standards for such su'uctures. <br /> <br /> <br />
