6. Present Zoning D/strict - <br />industrial zone. (I-1) <br /> <br />The building ~s located in an <br /> <br />7. Site Plan - A site plan showing <br />structures is attached. <br /> <br />the required items and <br /> <br />8. Drainage Plan - The building ia located on a £airly level site. <br />Drainage is now away from the building. Additional drainage will be <br />included in the layout of the hard surfacing to be completed for the <br />driveways and the parking areas on the site. Those water drainage <br />directions are included on the mite plan. <br /> <br />9. ^ccesa to Site - Access to the site ia ~vatlable ~rom Sunfish <br />Lake Road and then along aide streets. All of the trucks will be <br />moving through induatri~l sections only. <br /> <br />10. Garbage Container Location - The garbage container will be <br />located within the sheltered area on the south end o~ the building. <br /> <br />11. Description of construction and proposed mater/als - It ia not <br />anticipated that any construction will be done on the building other <br />than aa outlined under "Improvements at the Site." <br /> <br />12. Effect o~ proposal on tra£fic in area - It is anticipated that <br />when the plant is £ully operational there will be a total o£ six <br />trucks visiting the site during a buainea~ day. The only other <br />traffic to the site will be the employee traffic. There will be e <br />total of twelve to fifteen employees when the plant is fully <br />operational. The~e are adequate parking sites for each of the <br />employees on the property. There will be no retail traffic to this <br />site. Also, there will be very little supplier or salesperson <br />traffic at this mite. <br /> <br /> <br />
