MP~MORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />Glyn Huff, Building Official <br /> <br />April 14, 1989 <br /> <br />Meeting with Mr. Gilles to determine way in which accessory <br />structure might be attached to dwelling <br /> <br />I x-isited Mr. Gilles on Saturday, April 8, 1989 to discuss the attachment of the <br />accessory structure to the main dwelling. Mr. Gilles was cooperative and <br />suggested that a breezeway be built between the structures. It appears to me that <br />this would be the only means of making the two structures appear as one <br />structure. <br /> <br />He stated that he would contact his architect with the idea to see if this would be <br />feasible. I feel it would be a viable way in which to give the structures an <br />appearance of being a single dwelling. <br /> <br />I also mentioned to Mr. Gilles that he clean his site of debris, t stated to him that <br />the neighbors would appreciate it, since this construction project has taken so <br />long to complete. <br /> <br />I recommend that before an Occupancy Certificate is issued, Air. Gilles be <br />charged the full permit price for the "extended" lixdng space over his garage. <br /> <br />GHH:ccr <br /> <br /> <br />
