The developer <br />will also encourage.the landscaping techniques adjacent <br />to the wetlands which will help mitigate the loss of <br />natural upland habitat. The ponding capacity of Wetland <br />No. 2-116W will be increased and drainage patterns will <br />not be changed to minimize impacts on pond levels. <br /> <br />B. Traffic <br /> <br />The major volume of traffic from this development will <br />outlet on County Road No. 116 from Magnesium Street. <br />Traffic going west will utilize the streets in Cedar <br />Hills and outlet to Sunfish Lake Boulevard using a <br />proposed street south of the Hunter's Hill development. <br />This new street will be required as part of the <br />development of Cedar Hills and Chestnut Hills. Mn/DOT <br />does not foresee any major impacts on T.H.'s 10 and 47 <br />created by this development. <br /> <br /> <br />
