Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ~89-04- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-10 (HEMATITE) ON STREET WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey city Council adopted April 11, 1989, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the tarvia surfacing improvement of the following street: Hematite Street N.W. between 154th Lane N.W. and 300 feet south of 156th Avenue N.W. WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on April 25, 1989, which report indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project Estimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property cost): Estimated Annual Assessment per unit 10 year term $11,900.00 $ 2,975.00 $ 463.51 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey city Council will consider the tarvia surfacing improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $11,900. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 2nd day of May, 1989, in the Council Cham~er of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counci!member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: %ghereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by nhe Ramsey City Council this 25th day of April, !989.
