It Was the consensus of the committee to have City staff place an <br />article in the Ramsey Resident providing residents on the facts of <br />street maintenance and laying out the procedure on how residents <br />could have their streets paved. <br /> <br />Council Action: None. <br /> <br />ITEM 04: Rivlyn Avenue <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />Mr. Merle Mevissen reported that Rivlyn Avenue had deteriorated <br />beyond the point of repair. He stated the only maintenance <br />feasible was to remove the broken blacktop and let the street <br />revert back to a gravel street. He also indicated that sewer and <br />water should be installed prior to any street construction. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Committee to hold a special meeting <br />with the residents in that area and discuss the situation. <br /> <br />Council Action: None. <br /> <br />ITEM 05: Maintenance of Easements Off Front Street <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />city staff reported that residents have inquired on the City's <br />intent to maintain the easements next to Econ Marketing and to <br />Louis Graves' and Neil Pratt's residences following the <br />construction of Front Street.
