Ramsey, ~[N 55303 Re: Preliminary Plat Review of Juniper Woods Dear Mr. Zimmerman: We have reviewed the above referenced preliminary plat which is located in the proposed year 2000 urban service area of the City' Following is a list of comments resulting from our review of this preliminary plat: The plat has been revised ~ _,om the sketch plan to provide for a trail corridor on the west side of the plat. The trail corridor should be designated as"park on the final plat. In review of the preliminary plat data re~Tuired by the City Code, we found the following errors or omissions: a. Names and addresses of the owner and subdivider of the land were not shown. b. Location width and type of surfacing of existing streets were not shown. c. Soil borings to establish water table. d. Street names do not correspond to the City's grid system. The proposed plat was submitted on the basis being included in the year 2000 urban sera,ice area.
