CC Regular Session 4. 8. <br />Meeting Date: 07/09/2013 <br />Submitted For: Kurt Ulrich By: Jo Thieling, Administrative Services <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Approve Contract for Prosecution Legal Services with the Law Firm of Randall, Goodrich and Haag, P.L.C. <br />Background: <br />As Council is aware, approval was granted to enter into a contract for prosecution legal services with the law firm <br />of Randall, Goodrich and Haag, P.L.C. That contract is attached for Council review and formal approval. The <br />contract is for a three year term and shall be renewable at the City's option for an additonal term or term(s).
