necessary for Developer's performance under this Agreement. <br />(e) Oversizina Reimbursement. In the event that Developer is required to <br />construct any sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain improvements or trail improvements <br />that will benefit properties beyond the boundary of the Developer's plat, the City shall <br />reimburse Developer for the construction costs thereof as determined by the Developer, and <br />agreed upon by the City, through invoices of work provided. . This amount shall be paid to <br />Developer on or about thirty (30) days after the City's receipt of an invoice showing the <br />amount due is provided to the City <br />(f) The Developer shall be responsible for all standard street signs at all locations <br />required for the development. <br />(g) As -built drawings of all improvements identified in Part B shall be filed with the <br />City Engineer. Such as -built drawings shall show the date of construction and shall be <br />drawn in such a manner and on such materials to meet the standards of the City available in <br />the City engineer's office. As -built drawings must be completed and filed in the City <br />engineer's office within 365 days of the completion of such improvement. If as -built <br />drawings are not filed within the time period specified the City engineer may be authorized <br />to conduct surveys and complete the drawings and all of the costs pursuant thereto shall be <br />paid by the Developer. <br />Estimated cost of Developer's Improvements, the description and completion dates for <br />Parts B are as follows: <br />Description of Improvements <br />Estimated Date to be <br />Cost Completed <br />Part B <br />1.
