This type of agreement is typical in <br />instances where there is a mutual interest to start a project prior to the developer owning the property. It is <br />anticipated closing will occur in late August. After closing occurs all terms in the right of entry will expire. <br />Work done prior and after closing will still fall under the terms and conditions of the development agreement <br />which is the ultimate governing document. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />No financial impact. <br />COUNCIL REOUESTED ACTION: <br />Approve the resolution granting the right of entry to Landmark of Anoka, LLC. <br />
