CLASSIC. <br />2015 First Avenue, Anoka, MN 55303 <br />Phone: (763) 576-2700 Website: www.ci.anoka.mn.us <br />CITY OF ANOKA, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION <br />RES-2013-XX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT <br />WITH LANDMARK OF ANOKA, LLC. <br />WHEREAS, Landmark of Anoka, LLC wishes to enter in and upon the Development <br />Property for purposes of tree removal, erosion control and grading as provided for in the <br />Development Agreement with Landmark of Anoka, LLC prior to owning the property; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Anoka wishes to grant a temporary license to Landmark of <br />Anoka, LLC to enter in and upon the Development Property for said purposes as provided in the <br />attached agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Anoka City Council hereby <br />approves the Right of Entry Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to <br />sign and execute a Right of Entry Agreement in a form substantially similar to the Right of Entry <br />Agreement attached to this Resolution. <br />Adopted by the Anoka City Council this 5th day of August 2013. <br />ATTEST: <br />Amy T.
