A select group of builders will participate in the "Rum River Heights" community. The <br />restrictive covenants will be tailored to the developer's vision of the project. Each <br />builder will be required to meet the specifics of building types, landscaping, and overall <br />goals of the development. <br />A master HOA will be created to include all of "Rum River Heights". This master <br />association will be in charge of the monumentation, entrance, landscaping, infiltration <br />areas, as well as any proposed common open spaces including the community pool and <br />fire pit.
