AUDIT - outside audit of Commission's bank accounts performed by an approved CPA firm. BUILDING MAINTENANCE - 2004 will be the second year that the commission will incur expenses relating to the ownership of a building on a piece of real estate. All expense categories relating to the upkeep and expense of maintaining its own facility are estimates from information gathered by Administrator and Budget Committee using actual expenses incurred for 6 month period. BUILDING CLEANING - building cleaning expense. BUILDING INSURANCE - actual quote from T.C. Fields Insurance. BUILDING MAINTENANCE - expenses incurred for maintaining building. CITY SEWER AND WATER SERVICE - water to the building. ELECTRIC - electric power to the building (Excel Energy). FIRE SECURITY - city required fire security system HVAC - gas service to run heating and cooling (Reliant). LAWN SERVICE - mowing and maintenance. PARKING LOT MAINTENANCE - stripping and maintenance. SIGN MAINTENANCE - bulb replacement and maintenance. SNOW SERVICE - snow removal. · SPRINKLER SERVICE - annual blowing out lines and maintenance. TELEPHONE SERVICE - monthly line fees WASTE REMOVAL - dumpster rental and pick-up. COMMISSION MISC. EXPENSES o incurred by the Commission for miscellaneous expenses, such flowers for a funeral, or out of pocket expenses of the Director, such mileage reimbursement. COMMISSIONERS' PER DIEMS - per diems for Commission meeting ($35 per meeting per Director) and Committee meeting ($17.50). COMPUTER EXPENSES - expenses incurred for computer operating purposes. CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION - allocated for October MACTA conference and September NATOA National Conference. COPYING - based on average legal expenses incurred over the past 5 years. HOLIDAY PARTY EXPENSE - allocated for holiday employee appreciation party. LEGAL - based on average legal expenses incurred over the past 5 years. LEGISLATIVE LOBBYING - allocated for national or state lobbying of unfavorable legislation. MILEAGE - based on IRS per mile for reimbursement to Administrator, City AP's and other government channel employees. N.A.T.O.A. - 2004 dues for National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (member NLC). OFFICE SUPPLIES - based on average expenses for past 5 years. PAYROLL FEES - fees charged by PAYCHEX handle payroll. POSTAGE - based on average expenses for past 5 years. PRINTING - based on average expenses for past 5 year. PROJECT EXPENSES - remainder of bond for building funds from 2002 to pay construction invoices dated 2003. PUBLICATIONS - trade publications and trade books & manuals.
