QUAD CITIES CABLE COMMISSION <br />2004 OPERATING BUDGET RESERVE EXPLANATIONS: <br /> <br />73. RESERVE FUND (General). - funds held for control by the cable commission, an <br /> approval of 75% of commission, as opposed to a simple majority is required to move funds <br /> out of the account. <br />74. ANDOVER- funds held for control by the member city, funds can be spent or moved from <br /> the account by request by member city through its appointed commission Directors. Funds <br /> for each city are allocated each year.
